Job description:Leak coming into loft from outside wall/guttering. Leak into house at window frame has been temporaryly sealed but a water stain has appeared on ceiling since then. Insurance company contractor has been and said that is caused by cement coming away from coping stone between houses and going down the back of the pointing?
