Job description:1) The wind bracing and strapping to the trusses seem to be less than required by modern standards. We need to upgrade it to improve the strength of the roof against lateral wind loads. 2) Replace or improve current 75mm roof insulation, so as to make it optimal, yet allowing the loft to be used as storage. Modern rigid insulation boards may be neccessary. 3) Provide sufficient ventillation to the roof to avoid dampening even with the new insulation.
