Job description:Repair of a number of broken, chipped, slipped and displaced tiles. Raking out and repointing of defective mortar joints on chimney breast. Roof is pitched with original concrete tiles. House is 3 bed semi of approx 1930 construction. N.B. Currently purchasing property so require estimate/quote now with work being completed later in the year.
