Job description:There is a very occasional leak (depending on wind direction). Inspect load-bearing beam below gutter for damage. Treat/make good if necessary. Repair/replace valley gutter, change flow in gutter to exterior of house; install downpipe, connect to drain. Install rainwater tank.
