Relatively new guttering leaking at joints. in Bedminster

Job description:Guttering accessible only from flat roof of 2nd floor property (recent renovation) & accessed via sky light (ladder onsite), is leaking at a join between two pieces of guttering. No obvious break or gap when looking at guttering from below via window, but from above I didn't really feel confident looking closely or fixing myself from the flat roof.
