Job description:Quote for repair required. Homebuyers Survey has reported: The roof pitches were generally found to be in adequate condition. The lead flashings are poor and require replacement. The rendered upstands are cracked and also require repair." I'm hoping, long-term, to convert the roof so advice taking that plan into account would be preferable.
