Job description:Substantial amount of work to be done on large and compex victorian roof that was retiled in concrete in 1980s. Pitched roof with three dormers and small flat roof area. Work: attend to overflowing rainwater goods and replace some, repair and replace lead flashings, install 2 x velux windows, re-bed many ridge tiles, repair fascia board in one place. House to be scaffolded in autumn for roof work and other works including repair to render, installation of 2 new windows etc.
