Fix leak in vict. Terrace roof - out back next to dividing wall in Bishopston

Job description:I need a leak in the roof fixed - it has only showed up recently in the heavy rain. It's the roof at the back of a small victorian terrace, above the bathroom and kitchen, and water is dripping down the inside of the dividing wall between the two houses. There is currently no access from inside to that part of the loft, though there is a wooden panel you could saw through in the bathroom roof. There is no rear access to the property so all ladders etc would need to come through the house.
