Job description:Project 1 Repair porch roof, (leaks appearing inside of porch through ceiling). Water is running down the front of external porch door (the tilt or water collection of the porch roof is not adequate (puddling of water on the porch roof). The porch door is letting in water and as a result, caused damage to the wood panel flooring inside the roof. Please render and make good, both roof, door and floor. Project 2 Extension ceiling has small bubbles and flaking in the plaster. The area is dry but there may be a small leak from the external extension roof. Externally there is no apparent visible damage to the roof. Please investigate the leak, render and make good the roof and ceiling.
