Job description:Hi, I'm looking for assistance with bringing a currently unused building back into use. The occupation is on a rolling temporary basis of 18 month terms thus this job has to be done cost effectively. On a recent inspection it was obvious that the roof was leaking, probably due to the removal of 20 or so stone slabs for safety reasons. The building in question has 3 above ground floors and totals around 20,000SqFt in size. The roof is accessible through a boarded up door. I'm after a professional's advice in regards to realistic costs of repair. Building plans and photos available. Happy to meet to discuss in person. Thanks Fess
