Replacing roof lead on 4 storey building in Cabot

Job description:Four storey building on Cheltenham Road (split into four separate flats). Roof lead is cracking in places on the roof and needs replacing. Damp problems now obvious inside the building, probably as a result of water ingress through cracks. Tiled roof. No measurements taken as yet. Scaffolding definitely required. Would also like to combine with decoration of external walls if possible as scaffolding would also be needed for this. Property managed by 3 owners of flats.
