Job description:Roof on home is leaking. Water trickling down chimney breast wall in attic and then down into upstairs bedroom. This could possibly be due to lead flashing come loose over time, broken felt or broken tiles. Only know this as had an insurance assessor come out and indicated it was a maintenance issue and therefore this was not covered under our policy.
