Job description:1) Supply and fit a number of cowls to chimneys (provided able to access chimneys from large central valley gutter without needing scaffolding - not sure what can and can't be done without scaffolding from a health and safety perspective these days but know new aerial was fitted to chimney a few years back without scaffolding). 2) Enlarge size of outlet hole from flat lead roof to increase rate at which water drains.
