Job description:Re-coat small area of flat roof to rear of flat which forms roof over kitchen and bathroom area of basement flat. Total area is approx 10m2. Easy access via door off corridor to bathroom. The present condition of the flat roof is poor and it needs preparing and re-coating with Bitumen Melt down. It also requires a lead flashing detail around the perimeter. Preparation and re-painting of rear sky light.
