Assess and repair Roof Leak in 3rd floor flat in Clifton

Job description:3rd floor flat . Recent stain developed on ceiling and extending. Access to roof via a large skylight. There is also a grey drainage pipe running in the loft along the line of the stain.However, the loft is DRY. Water causing the stain may be coming from lead flashings or the drainage pipe. Need someone to take a look and give a quote.
