Job description:Have a 'secret' internal rainwater gutter that is leaking - may need either replacing or clearing out. (As it is hidden, it in inaccessible and can't be assessed on visual inspection alone.) It runs between floors of top and 1st floor flat. Need a quote for an inspection (possible with minicam), clearing and /or replacement - the latter would involve removal of stud walling, taking up carpets and flooring and making good afterwards.
