Water seeping in through window when it rains in Filton

Job description:We have a small sloping first stage rear roof where the felt ends short and rain is seeping in behind facsia and down inside window. Approx work area 20' X 6'. Brozley tiles? Early1930's mid terraced house,(blocks of 4) rear lane access. May be able to convince both neighbours either side to have the same work done, eg re-felt, batten and re-tile. Low stage scaffolding probably required.
