Job description:The 3 storey large building where I own a flat has 3 tall chimneys. The recent storms have caused water to leak into the property above each of the chimney breasts. Recent renovation of the outside of the property did not show any obvious faults with flashings etc. The property has just been replastered internally so this problem has to be fixed ASAP to avoid runining all the decorations.
