Leak where flat roof meets wall in Hillfields

Job description:I have a lead flat roof which has decking on top of it. There is a leak coming through underneath. I believe it is coming from where the Flat roof meets the wall of the first storey. I think it may be that the felt in this area needs replacing. To gain access a small amount of the decking needs to come up which is only screwed down.
