Job description:Three terraced houses built in the early 1970's have integrated concrete gutters across the front of the houses .(Continuous run across all three). That have worn and the joints have perished causing continuous dripping externally and we believe possible leaking into the house cavaties causing damp issues on internal walls during rainy periods. Also lower level roof felt has perished on some houses. Scaffolding will be a definite requirement as properties are 3-storey. All properties are tiled roofs.
