Job description:Double Garage Roof with 5% incline was put on in 2004 - initially leaked as decking waterproof membrane was broken by nailing battens through decking and covering felt. Redone this time with felting over the battens, but insufficient overlap allowed water to creep up the incline and through previously created holes. Needs to be completely removed and new decking applied and covered again with the pantiles. Pantiles are only cosmetic and so the roof underneath must be watertigh.
