Job description:Traditional 2 storey terraced house roof, tiled with side and front leaded gutter and front parapet wall.House was reroofed in regeneration scheme in 1995, now letting in damp, possibly flashing/rendering problems, also side guttering leaking bady. Small leak showing water penetration over front bedroom, and constant mould on ceiling in back bedroom though not actually leaking. Needs ladders/scaffolding
