Job description:Property has an ornamental balcony roof which is a small area of roof to the GFF. Roof has a good surface but micro cracks are letting water through and needs resolving urgently. Balcony has an ornamental iron surround which may cause issues to sealing. Roofer to suggest best solution, currently looks like a waterproof seal over concrete base. Additionally, water simply runs off and would like a quote to add a gully to edge of balcony.
