Job description:We have an extension with a 10 dgree pitch tiled roof, with 3 inbuilt veluxes. The shallow run off means that it has been problematic and leaky (esp round the veluxes but much of the problem has now been resolved. However, we have a leak at the bottom corner and I think the soffits leak. I need a professional view on what we need to go to stop the leak and ensure our long-term leak- and repair-free future! Our builder did all of the previous work but has gone into administration.
