Job description:We are not the current owner of the property in question (which is in BS6) but we are in the purchasing process. So I need a quote(s) to scope cost of work required. Need an estimate for a victorian semi-detached property in BS6. It has multi-pitched tiled roof but the central portion has been flattened as part of a previous loft conversion. The lines of the roof indicate that this 'flattening' was not necessary. In addition one of the two chimneys has been reduced to below covering height. Want a quote for :- -rebuilding chimney (about 6 ft height) -Repairs to other chimney (mainly a re-rendering job) -restoring flat part of roof to original pitched configuration and re-instatement of a sky-light (this involves modification of roof shape, but only putting back as it used to be and should not influence the loft conversion. -some work on copings/rendering on parapet walls -re-felt and new tiles. roof size is about 7mx7m
