Job description:In heavy rain, water is leaking through a bedroom ceiling. A roof tile (on apex on dormer window) is broken but also think seals, & chimney are part of problem, so lead work may need repairing. Problem just escalated due to proximity of next doors scaffolding which may be touching & channelling water down making the leak much worse.
