Job description:The roof on my property is coming to the end of its life. The tiles need replacing, insulation needs to be installed and a velux window replaced. The guttering also needs to be replaced. Other jobs include: Open up kitchen into dining room. The wall between the 2 is load bearing. There is already an RSJ betwwen my front room and my dining room, complicating the job slightly. The current internal door to the kitchen then needs to be blocked up. Fitting a kitchen, removing a backboiler and replacing it with a combi one, installing a downstairs loo (under the stairs).
