Job description:The property is a 1930's semi with a tiled roof (3 aspects: front, side, back). Work required includes: Stripping of old tiles. Laying of felt underlay. Laying of new(interlocking)tiles. Associated lead work. Ladder required. Scaffold probably required. Also the aerial has fallen from it's attachment on the chimney stack; this will require removing.
