Job description:We have found a brown stain on our bedroom ceiling. We suspect that there may be a leak in our roof. The stain is adjacent to the join between the flat roof over the window and the main roof. Our bedroom is in a loft conversion. We have been informed by the buildings insurance people that we need to file a 'cause of damage report' and seek a quote and are looking for someone to come and assess the problem/provide a quote.
