Job description:1. Repointing chimney stack on roof and fixing Bird Spikes on to stack 2. Secure concrete top to brick pillar base (low level 3' high) 3. Attach square plastic downpipe to roof gutter (come loose) - roof level. Maybe new layer of bricks required for (1). I will supply Bird Spikes Cement required for (1 & 2) Glue or pins required for (3)
