Job description:A number of individual repair & maintenance jobs requiring assistance ASAP: 1. Reset a ridge tile that has come-off of the ridge - original tile in-tact but needs retrieving and refitting before it falls to the ground 2. Guttering - a 3 meter section needs replacing at the front of the property, and another section at the rear of the property requires refitting - possibly needs slightly extending to stop it from repeatedly jumping out of the joining section/bracket. 3. All uPVC guttering and fascias require cleaning.
