Job description:We have an area of penetrating damp on the top floor of 4 storey building which surveyor thinks is coming in via chimney stack. This stack has been treated before 9soem kind of bituemn seal by look of it) but looks like it may need doing again. One can access the roof via a skylight onto a flat roof area, need ladder for sky light.
