Job description:Pitched roof on a 2-storey terraced house in North Rd. House next door is higher and my roof butts onto the side wall of this house. Water is leaking in at this junction, not sure if its leadwork or cement fillet failure. Roof generally in good condition. Also needs minor flashing repair on chimney
