Job description:As per the job description. Property is 2 storey in Lakeside area of Cardiff. A tile near the chimney stack is cracked so definitely needs replacing. A couple of others have lifted slightly (can be seen from ground-level and is possibly weather-related) resulting in minor water ingress and need re-securing. Whilst up there, would be beneficial to have a quick check over the rest but I dont believe there are any other issues,
