Job description:Old metal guttering at front of mid-terraced Victorian house is leaking / overflowing. Water is pouring down (into) the wall. Weatherboards are rotten. Damp penetration. Long ladder needed to work from outside. If replacement needed, black plastic is fine. Many thanks.
