Job description:The guttering has already been clad in upvc and and believe that the internal part of the guttering has been painted with fiberglass?Since we have had a new extension there is evidence of seepage which is showing through the redbrick work of the old building. Not running seepage but more like damp. I think that repair work is required on the concrete guttering in the one area only ie the corner where the old joins the new.
