Job description:I have a small two bed Victorian terrace near the centre of Cardiff. I have some internal damp problems downstairs around the chimney breast รข?? it has been suggested by a damp proofing company that they may be related to the chimney stack and suggested I get the chimney inspected and any necessary repairs made before they re-treat. I am looking for someone to do an inspection and quote for any repairs recommended. I also have a few other roof related small jobs which ideally I would also like doing; - a redundant tv aerial and mini dish that I would like removing together with associated cabling - a leak in the guttering at the front of the house - a portion of guttering at the back of the house that has come loose - realignment of some guttering on the extension at the back of the house which is not draining water away effectively (it collects in one point and spills over).
