Job description:We have a low level extension. Was built before time when eaves trays fitted as standard. Underfelt has sagged in eaves and has deteriorated and been letting a small amount of water into the eaves when raining heavily. Just needs one or two rows of concrete tiles lifting over 2metres or so and repair leak and fit an eaves tray.
