New polycarb roof fitted to kitchen extension. Leaking badly. Considering replacing with flat roof in Wenvoe

Job description:We recently had a roofer via this site. He did several jobs, including replacing a leaky polycarbonate roof on a kitchen extesnion. Unfortunately, this new roof is leaking worse than the original and we cannot now get hold of this chap. We are fed up with the situation and buckets etc under drips. We would like to have this roof replaced by a more traditional flat roof. This would preferably be sooner rather than later given the recent rain!!
