Job description:Repair to a pitched roof required due to small rain water leak that is allowing water through to a bedroom ceiling. The leak is most noticeable after prolonged heavy rain. Leak is believed to be from where a tiled Apex over a bedroom window meets a tiled pitched roof. The join (gulley) between the two surfaces is believed to be concrete. No tiles are out of place and surrounding roof area appears weather proof (to the untrained eye). I would like to arrange for advice / quotations between this Friday 6th Jan and Sunday 8th Jan when I can be available at home. If a suitable repair and cost can be agreed, I would like to the work to start as soon as possible.
