Job description:I require a quote for a brick-built porch on front of house, cavity wall construction, with a tiled mono-pitched roof. Floor area approx. 2 square metres. Interior walls plastered, tiled floor. Interior light in ceiling. Plastic door, frame and threshold. Small plastic opening window. Plastic facia, guttering and downpipe. Quote should include dismantling and disposal of existing timber porch with felted roof. Note that existing porch houses the consumer unit which will need water-proof protection during course of works.
