Job description:1st floor balcony flat roof approx 15ft x 20ft. Problem is water ingress to lounge below.It has been suggested likely cause is ponding of water in middle along an RSJ.Could also be guttering defect. Roof is 15 yrs old, covered with Spartan concrete tiles. Area needs investigation
