Job description:A midterrace house with a tiled roof (not flat slate) has two possible leaks as mould has begun showing on the ceiling. The mould patches are quite small - 1ft sq and 4ft by 1ft. Two windows in our house have substantial damp in wet/winter months to the point where walls below the windows appear to be 'sweating' water. Mould is ever present there also. Additionally, the external wall of the kitchen has a musty smell coming from the cupboards which I suspect is damp related, but I'm not sure. Finally - if you're gas safe registered, a quote on moving a waste pipe from outside to inside (to avoid freezing pipes in freezing conditions.)
