Job description:Detached two-storey house with reasonably good access to 3 sides, slightly restricted to one side. Fascias etc still sound but paint starting to flake. Current plastic guttering damaged and one down pipe missing. Would appreciate quote to include repainting front door, back door and wooden ceiling to porch area. Cladding to dormer window would also need repainting (possibly replacing??) plus a small area above garage.
