Mend hole in the roof in St Mary's and Waterside

Job description:During the recent storms my TV aereal was ripped from the chimney stack and punched thorugh a tile on my roof (6 down from the apex). The aereal is still on the roof with cabling it's just not attached to the chimney. I have 1 tile which is broken in two with a whole through the tile and through the waterproof lining below. I would like to mend the hole and replace the aereal. There is access to the roof by ladder from the front garden. However the house is set considerably back from the road and will not have access for a cherry picker.
