Small leak around pipes that pass through roof. in Mudeford and Friars Cliff

Job description:Woken this morning by the sound of water landing on the bedroom ceiling. Had a quick look in the loft to find that water was running down one of the pipes that passes through the roof, this particular pipe runs down through the upstairs and into the lounge, obviously boxed in. Also a second leak where another pipe that is attached to our extraction fan in the bathroom, except this one is dripping on the plaster board and pooling. Nothing major yet but would like it resolved ASAP
