Job description:3 or 4 seperate jobs to do. The most important is to repair or replace a large stepped gutter on 3 sides of the house which is leaking. There is a chimney which may need repointing, as it is leaking / damp on the chimney breast. There is a minor leak from the edge of a small flat stone roof. There is a cottage which needs the ridge tiles lifting and the top 2 or 3 layers of stone lifting, packing and relaying with proper overlap. This is a recently fully lifted, refelted and relaid roof which has not been done properly. This is the least important.
