Water entering from ceiling most probably from gutter in Castle

Job description:I rent out a property just off East Street, Colchester. My tenants have just informed me that there is water entering the bedroom ceiling. I believe this is where there is a join in the gutter and a downpipe and that they gutter had become blocked. I need someone who can clear the gutter or check for any alternative causes, e.g. missing roof tiles
