Remove flexible gas flue, new chimney pot, sweep and cowls in Castle

Job description:Typical 1930's semi with central ridge chimney stack that combines chimneys from 4 chimneys, 2 up, 2 down (not including next door.) I need an old stainless steel flexible gas flue removing, one new pot where SS flue was, possibly all 4 chimneys sweeping (if necessary, have been unused for many years and will remain unused after), then all 4 pots topping with cowls to reduce heat loss and prevent, rain, bird and insects getting in. Also there is one other smaller chimney to the rear of the property that originally served the kitchen, this looks to need repointing, and as it's also unused, a cowl as above.
