Investigation and repair to leaking tiled roof in Castle

Job description:I have a permanently leaking roof which has been repaired twice without solving the problem and now causing interior problems. Tiling dates from 1960s plus an area of flat roof outside a window. 2 storey 3 bed house with a large roof area. In addition to the leak(s) which have not been eliminated by part refelting, and replacement of lead flashing, the sides of the roof appear to have dropped a little so that rain falls off the side rather than down the roof to the gutter. Tiled roof - scaffolding not required in the immediate area of the leak but rectification of the dropped area would need scaffolding.
